Today, though, things are different and you have tools at your fingertips and you don’t have to go through the pain that I had to go through. And best of all, some of ’em are free, so you don’t even have to spend any money.
There’s Madgicx. Madgicx uses artificial intelligence to analyze your paid ad campaign and automatically fine tune it for maximum performance. Instead of spending all that time where you would be analyzing numbers coming up with the optimization plan, you can use Madgicx.
AnswerThePublic, this is another tool that helps you get different ways that people search and figure out how their mind works. So that way, you know what information that you need to create from a content standpoint.
Next, you got Unsplash. When you’re doing marketing, you’re going to need lots of images whether it’s for your paid ads, social media or even your own blog posts, looking up images takes a lot of time, Unsplash is great and best all, it’s free.
Next we have of Hunter. When you’re doing marketing, you need to get in touch with different people. You want to really be browsing the web trying to find everyone’s email and searching for it, no, you just go in Hunter and it’ll tell you the email of that person who runs the website.
Then you got Google Data Studio, which is also free. Imagine if you had a visit tens of different pages from your Google analytics, Facebook page insights, and other analytics solutions just keep an eye on everything. That’s just too much work. These days, you don’t have to, it all fits into Google Data Studio. It’s a shortcut, let’s you put all your data in one place for free.
Now let’s look at AI tools that run serf analysis. When you’re creating content for SEO, you’ll have to find a lot of different topics on Google, do tons of searches to figure out not just what topics to write about, but what are your competitors doing so that way you can write way better content.
And here’s some of the best platforms to check out, Frase.io, Marketmuse, Clearscope, a Seoscout, Grammarly. Grammarly is great, especially if you’re like me and you have terrible grammar and spelling. And you know, when you think about Grammarly, it’s not really as is a marketing tool but you need good grammar.
The last tool I have for you, Ubersuggest Chrome Extension. Look, Ubersuggest great tool you can use it for free, but when you’re on Google and you’re doing your searches, and you’re looking up your competitors or you’re even on their website.

6 Reasons Why Understanding Expectations is Important:
1 – It lets you know what service levels are expected to keep customers happy and achieve high satisfaction. (0:46)
2 – It enables you to focus on fulfilling customer expectations. (1:26)
3 – It gives you the opportunity to discuss expectations at the start of the relationship and to reset unrealistic expectations if necessary. (1:49)
4 – It can help you resolve customer complaints. Since complaints are a result of failing to meet expectations, you have the ability to quickly fix the problems and retain the business. (2:16)
5 – Most customers have a set of basic needs that they want from you; make sure you understand them and work them into your customer service strategy. (2:53)
6 – Think about not just meeting expectations, but how you can WOW them. (3:26)
5 Tips on Managing Expectations:
1- There are times when you know we’re not going to meet expectations–the deadline is pushed back, something didn’t go right, something was missed…whatever it is, I recommend calling the customer immediately! (3:59)
2- Explain the issue and what steps you’re taking to correct it. 90% of the time, the customer just needs to know that you care, that you acknowledge the problem, and that you have a strategy to fix it. (5:10)
3- You don’t need all the answers but you must fully let the client vent, if that’s needed, and actively listen. Then cushion, clarify and respond. (6:23)
4- Send follow up with an action plan and gift/card, then execute! (7:10)
5- Once you have an understanding of what the customer needs–reach out to other teammates for help. (8:00)
BONUS TIP – Save all this info in your CRM. Have a plan for gifts and pivot points. Send gifts and exceed expectations just before key difficulty areas. (9:37)
